When I try to turn it the volume up sometimes, it will skip DOWN 4-10 levels of volume unless I meticulously and slowly turn the volume up. Insert a set of radio removal keys into the slots as follows: Audi models: Horizontal slots on the bottom at the lower left and lower right of the radio chassis. Use Tool No. 3344, or equivalent.
